Okay so its week three on the 12 week body transformation (see 12wbt) and im down with a NASTY flu!
This happens every time I attempt a weight loss journey, working out successfully for the first week all of the challenge days, then the next week starting to feel crappy skipping days and then this week coming down badly with the flu!
Its like the universe doesn't want me to exercise!
Im proud though that I have mostly stuck to the meal plans and have lost weight so far (1.9kgs at last weigh-in).
I'm going to do it, I'm going to succeed this time, I have faith in the program, once I'm better I'm going to get back into the exercise but until then Im sticking to the calorie control!
I need to do my four week, eight week and twelve week event/goals still? any ideas?
