Round 3 Week 3 Blog Challenge - Find the Joy

Okay so I know I'm behind for the Blogging Challenge so today I'm catching up :)

So the task is to Find the Joy.... well make a list of the things (non food orientated) self nurturing that bring you Joy.

So here is my list.....

Being with Friends and Family
Catching a movie.... especially on my own.... extra-specially a kiddies animated movie!
Walking with my dog
Walking with my dog down the beach in the sunshine
The after RPM (Spin) feeling... I actually catch myself singing a lot!
Listening (& singing terribly!) to music... especially old school favs like ABBA, Queen, Michael Jackson!
Holidays and Christmas time!

Round 3 Blogging Challenge - Number 2 Paint Me a Picture

Second Blog Challenge - Paint a Picture of Health....


Hhmmmm this is a tough one, I really don't want to describe it in words because its so much more than that! 


So I'm going to attempt to collage what images that make me inspired, allude health and positivity to show you..... what I feel is a picture of health!

2. What brings you to 12wbt? Getting fitter? Losing weight? (Gaining weight??) Are you first timer, a repeat offender??Second Round of 12WBT for the year lost 5.8kgs last time, aiming for 7 this time! 

Wanting to get fit healthy and looking fantastic for m wedding March 2012! 
3. Why do you blog??I'm blogging to help me be a part of the 12WBT, for the support and accountability of it!

4. Who is your biggest inspiration in life and why (doesn't have to be weight loss)
My friends and Family who support me no end and whom without life wouldn't be an inch of the enjoyable worthwhile thing that it is! 

5. What things in life bring you the most joy?

Spending time with friends, magazines (especially trashy ones!! ;) ) my dog, going on date nights with my fiance, shopping, eating, exercising! 


6.What do you think your greatest challenge is going to be this round?
JFDingI (I'm case you didn't notice I blatantly changed that to Just F&^%&ing Doing It! Because Im a great procrastinator and I am all to willing to give into naughty foods more often than I should! 


Self - doubt plays a huge part in this! 


7. What are you most excited about 12wbt?
Changing my life and self-esteem levels! Being part of something fun, inspiring & feeling fantastic!


8. And what scares the pants off you? 
Failure! (that's why I self-sabotage!) 


9. Tell me - right now - today - how do you feel about exercise in no more than 10 words
Gives me the feel good vibes, sets me up for the rest of the day! I enjoy exercising once Im doing it, its just the spatula under the bum to get up & into it but having a gym buddy makes a world of difference! 


10. Complete this sentence - in 12 weeks time - on the last day of 12wbt I am going to be feeling ____________________
CONFIDENT! Ill be feeling lighter, fitter, healthier and happier with myself and proud of my achievements! 

The Second 12wbt!

Alrighty... as you can see my last blogging attempt in Round 1 (Round2 officially) went really well one post!!

To get up to date I lost 5.8kgs last round! WooHoo!! That is why I decided to go again this round!

I have my wedding in March 2012 so Im working myself into a hot bride!

This round I hope to get down to 68kgs which is 7kgs from where I am now, feel fit and healthy!
Then next year Ill jump on the first round for the year and hope to ultimately get to 64kgs for my wedding!

Short & Sweet as I have to get onto my Intro blog for Kath's challenge!

My journey through the 12wbt to the real me!

Okay so its week three on the 12 week body transformation (see 12wbt) and im down with a NASTY flu!

This happens every time I attempt a weight loss journey, working out successfully for the first week all of the challenge days, then the next week starting to feel crappy skipping days and then this week coming down badly with the flu!

Its like the universe doesn't want me to exercise!

Im proud though that I have mostly stuck to the meal plans and have lost weight so far (1.9kgs at last weigh-in).

I'm going to do it, I'm going to succeed this time, I have faith in the program, once I'm better I'm going to get back into the exercise but until then Im sticking to the calorie control!

I need to do my four week, eight week and twelve week event/goals still? any ideas?
